Free vs Pro — which plan should I choose?
A side-by-side comparison of FlowConsent's Free and Pro plans, with recommendations for solo sites, agencies, and high-traffic projects.
FlowConsent has three plans: Free, Pro (€9.99/month), and Enterprise (custom pricing). This guide focuses on the Free vs Pro decision — the most common question for new users.
Quick recommendation
- Pick Free if you have one site, can host the banner on your own Cloudflare account, and don't need more than 2 languages on the banner or 2 team members.
- Pick Pro if you want zero-infra deploy, multiple banners, more languages, more teammates, or longer analytics history.
- Pick Enterprise if you have unlimited needs, white-label, custom domain, or > 100k visits per month.

* On Free, you self-host on your own Cloudflare account. There's no FlowConsent-side cap, but your Cloudflare Workers free tier limits apply (100k requests/day). Past that, you either upgrade Cloudflare or move to Pro.
When Free is the right call
You're a freelancer or an indie team running one site with manageable traffic. You have or can create a Cloudflare account in 5 minutes. Hosting the banner on your own Workers means you keep ownership of the consent registry data (it lives in your Cloudflare KV, retention 13 months) and you pay nothing.
The trade-off: you handle the Cloudflare deploy yourself once at setup (2-minute guide), and analytics history is capped at 7 days.
When Pro is the right call
- You manage 2–3 sites in the same workspace and don't want to deploy 3 separate Cloudflare workers
- You ship a multilingual product (more than 2 languages on the banner)
- You need an audit trail (e.g. for ISO 27001 or DPO compliance)
- You want to grant access to 3+ teammates
- You want zero-infra deploy and FlowConsent's CDN
- You want CSV export of consent records for analysis
The €9.99/month price covers up to 100k visits + 100k consents per month. If you cross that, FlowConsent will reach out about Enterprise (negotiated quotas).
When Enterprise is the right call
- More than 100k visits/month
- Multi-brand portfolio with full white-label (your domain, your name, no FlowConsent branding)
- You need consent records on a custom domain (
consent.your-brand.com) - You manage > 10 teammates or unlimited workspaces
- You want a 12-hour SLA with Customer Success

Switching between plans
Plans are tied to the workspace, not the account. You can upgrade from Free to Pro any time from Billing without re-installing the script. Downgrading from Pro to Free is allowed if you stay within Free limits (1 banner, 2 languages, 2 members) — otherwise the workspace stays on Pro until you trim down.
When you upgrade Free → Pro, the consent registry migrates from your Cloudflare KV to FlowConsent's Supabase. Past consent records are preserved.
