Understanding the FlowConsent dashboard

A guided tour of the FlowConsent dashboard — sidebar, banners, analytics, team, billing, and workspace settings.

When you log into app.flowconsent.com, you land on the dashboard — your control center for all your banners, analytics, and team settings. This guide walks through every section.

Workspaces

Everything in FlowConsent lives inside a workspace, which represents one organization. You can be a member of several workspaces and switch between them from the workspace selector at the top of the sidebar. Each workspace has its own banners, team members, billing, and analytics.

If you manage multiple unrelated brands or clients, create one workspace per brand.

The sidebar

The left sidebar is the same on every page. From top to bottom:

Banners

The default landing page (/dashboard). Lists every banner in the current workspace, with quick actions: edit, duplicate, view analytics, deploy. Click + New banner to create one (subject to your plan's banner limit).

Analytics

A workspace-wide view of consent metrics across all your banners: total visits, acceptance rate, opt-out rate, geographic breakdown, and trends over time. Click any banner from the list to drill down into per-banner analytics.

Free plan keeps 7 days of history. Pro keeps 90 days. Enterprise: unlimited.

Templates

Reusable banner configurations you can apply to new banners — useful when you manage several similar sites. Save a banner as a template, then spin up new banners pre-configured with your preferred layout, colors, and categories.

Team

Invite members to the current workspace, assign roles (Owner, Admin, Editor, Viewer), and revoke access. The Free plan caps members at 2 per workspace; Pro at 10; Enterprise unlimited.

Billing

Your current plan, usage (visits + consents this month), payment method, and invoice history. Use this page to upgrade, downgrade, or update your card.

Workspace settings

Workspace-level configuration: name, logo, default language, deletion. This is also where you'll find your Workspace ID — useful for support tickets.

Inside a banner

Clicking a banner from the dashboard opens the Builder, which has 10 tabs:

  1. Information — banner name, default language, basic metadata
  2. Style — colors, fonts, layout (bar, modal, corner)
  3. Legal info — privacy policy URL, controller details
  4. Services — third-party services detected on your site (auto-scan)
  5. Cookie list — cookies grouped by category, public-facing
  6. Deployment — install snippet + deploy targets (Cloudflare worker for Free, FlowConsent CDN for Pro/Enterprise)
  7. GTM Server-Side — Google Tag Manager Server-Side integration
  8. Google Consent Mode v2 — Consent Mode v2 mapping
  9. Translations — banner text in additional languages
  10. Logs — deployment and configuration history

Changes are saved per banner and only go live when you redeploy from the Deployment tab.
