Actirise is a French web analytics platform with a CNIL aligned cookieless mode that captures sessions, events and Core Web Vitals from EU based infrastructure.
Actirise is a French web analytics platform built around GDPR friendly defaults. The product offers a cookieless audience measurement mode aligned with the CNIL exemption guidelines, plus optional cookie based features for funnel analysis, e commerce reporting and behavioural cohorts. Infrastructure is hosted in France and Germany.
In its default cookieless mode Actirise does not write any cookie. The tag computes a daily salted hash of the truncated IP and the user agent to deduplicate visits, with the salt rotated daily. When the operator enables advanced features, a first party visitor cookie and a session cookie are added to support multi day funnel analysis.
In cookieless mode Actirise meets the CNIL audience measurement exemption: no cookie is written, the data is used solely for aggregated audience stats, retention is short and IP addresses are truncated. The advanced cookie based features fall back to article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive and require prior consent.

Document Actirise as a strictly necessary measurement tool in your privacy notice when you stay in cookieless mode. If you enable advanced features, gate them behind a CMP, set retention to thirteen months or less and avoid combining the analytics dataset with marketing audiences without separate consent.
Actirise hosts on Hetzner and OVH data centres in France and Germany. No US sub processors are used for the analytics pipeline. The DPA, the records of processing activities and the privacy notice should reflect this EU only profile.
Sign the Actirise DPA, choose cookieless mode by default, document the CNIL exemption alignment, gate any advanced feature behind a CMP, and review the data retention each year against the latest CNIL guidance.
Websites using Actirise must obtain user consent under GDPR regulations.
DPIA considerations
A DPIA is generally not required for the cookieless audience measurement mode that follows the CNIL exemption guidelines. It becomes appropriate when the operator activates personalisation, advanced funnels or cross site tracking that go beyond pure audience measurement.
