Snap is an open-source web framework for the Haskell programming language, used to build web applications and APIs. It provides a fast HTTP server, routing and a template system called Heist. It runs on the server side, so it is not a tracking service: the cookies of an application built with Snap depend on what its developers implement, such as session cookies.
