It brings together a search-optimised website, an online appointment calendar, payment or card imprint at booking to reduce no-shows, client records, email and SMS campaigns and automatic collection of Google reviews. Clients can also find professionals and book them on cfixe.com. The service is published by Cfixé SAS, a company registered in Grasse and based in Valbonne, Sophia-Antipolis, and states that it is hosted in France. Cfixé has announced that it is becoming Propelsia (propelsia.ai), with the same team and an AI assistant called Pulse. It has nothing to do with error tracking or developer tools. ## **How Cfixé appears on a website** Professionals who already have a website can embed their Cfixé booking page. The script cfixe.com/js/widget.js inserts an iframe pointing to the professional's booking page on cfixe.com and resizes it as the visitor moves through the steps. A WordPress plugin, Cfixé Booking Widget, adds the same script through a shortcode. Detection tools recognise Cfixé from inline code referencing cfixe.com. ## **Cookies and personal data** We did not observe cookies set by the booking page when it loads, and the widget script itself does not write cookies or local storage. The booking page loads fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives the visitor's IP address. When a visitor books, they provide their name, phone number, email address and possibly payment details, which the professional receives in Cfixé to manage the appointment and reminders. ## **GDPR and consent** Booking an appointment is a service the visitor explicitly requests, so the processing rests on the performance of a contract and the widget does not need cookie consent. The professional remains the controller of client data and Cfixé acts as processor. Marketing messages sent later by email or SMS need their own opt-in.
