Pancake is a software platform published by a Vietnamese company headquartered in Hanoi, with offices in Ho Chi Minh City and other cities. Its main product is an omnichannel conversation manager: sellers connect their Facebook pages, Instagram, Zalo, TikTok, WhatsApp and marketplace accounts, then answer messages and comments, tag customers and create orders from a single inbox. The suite also includes Pancake POS (order and sales management), Webcake (landing pages and storefronts), Botcake (chatbots), Pancake CRM, Pancake Work and the accounting tool Fintab. The company says more than 260,000 businesses use it, mainly in Southeast Asia. It is not a project management tool.

## **How Pancake appears on a website**

Technology scanners identify Pancake when a page loads a script from analytics.pancake.vn and exposes a JavaScript object called PancakeAnalytics. This tracking script is typically present on sales pages built or connected with Pancake tools, where it measures visits and actions so that sellers can follow the performance of their pages and campaigns. At the time of our check, in October 2026, the analytics.pancake.vn host no longer resolved in DNS, so the script may be inactive on sites that still reference it.

## **Cookies and personal data**

Pancake does not publish the list of cookies or storage keys used by this script, so we do not list any. A web tracking script of this kind generally collects the visitor's IP address, browser data, visited pages and interactions, and may link them to an order or a conversation. Pancake's privacy policy states that it uses cookies and similar tracking technologies.
