A small loader script fetches the widget bundle from widget.hireaiva.com and sets the JavaScript flag \_\_AivaLiveChat, which is how detection tools recognise it. The widget then: - talks to the Aiva API on aiva.hireaiva.com; - opens a real-time connection to Pusher (ws-mt1.pusher.com) to deliver chat messages; - loads a font from Google Fonts. ## **Cookies and personal data** The widget does not rely on classic cookies.
